Adults and children 12 years and older: At first sign of symptoms, 2 sprays in each nostril every 1/2 to 1 hour, until symptoms lessen, then continue with the standard dosage. Standard Dosage: 2 sprays into each nostril every 4 to 6 hours.

Children aged 4 – 11: At first sign of symptoms, 1 spray into each nostril every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Standard Dosage: 1 spray into each nostril every 4-6 hours.
